VirtualVCR Scheduler

For a long time, video capture and creating DVDs was one of my favourite hobbies. For capture, I used Shaun Faulds excellent freeware utility VirtualVCR.

VirtualVCR is a small application which does mainly one thing: Capture video data. I have written a small application, VirtualVCR Scheduler which works perfectly in combination with VirtualVCR:

  • Maintain profiles for your favourite TV shows/movies etc.
  • Interface to the Windows Task Scheduler
  • Shutdown/Hibernate/Logoff/Reboot/Suspend after finish
  • Preprocessing and postprocessing before and after the capture process
